Terms of Sale and License — BHI AI Suite

Business Horizons Intelligence LLC ("BHI"). Effective September 24, 2026.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase, on b-h-i.net, of a subscription to the Odoo module suites published by BHI, including the BHI AI Suite. By placing an order, you accept them.

2. License

The modules are distributed under the Odoo Proprietary License v1.0 (OPL-1). You may install, use and modify them for your own needs. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them, in whole or in part, modified or not. The full license text (LICENSE) ships with every download.

3. Requirements

The suite installs on your own server (on premise). It requires Odoo 19 Enterprise and a valid Odoo license, obtained separately from Odoo S.A. or a partner. Installation is the customer's responsibility; we strongly recommend performing it with a coding agent (Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode) following the provided README-INSTALL.txt.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), plus applicable taxes based on your location. Payment is by credit card, processed by Stripe; BHI does not store your card details.

5. Subscription and renewal

The subscription is yearly. It renews automatically at the end of each term, at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date from your customer portal or by writing to us. Without renewal, the subscription ends at the end of the term.

6. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate once payment is confirmed: a customer portal is opened for the order's email address, and the suite's .zip archive is downloaded from "My suites" (/my/modules). Nothing is shipped.

7. Updates and acquired versions

During the subscription, you have access to every published version of the suite. When the subscription ends, you keep the right to use and download the versions published before that date; later versions are no longer available.

8. Warranty and liability

The modules are provided "as is". You are responsible for testing them in a staging environment and backing up your data before any installation or update. To the extent permitted by law, BHI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription term.
